Questions about your mello mailbox, or about an app you connected to it? Write to hello@mello.mx with your mello address and what happened.

1Your account

You sign in, change your password and choose your settings in the webmail at mail.mello.mx. If you can’t sign in, write to hello@mello.mx from another address and tell us your mello address.

2Connecting ChatGPT or Claude

An AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude can work with your mailbox: find, read and organize mail, prepare drafts, and keep your calendar, tasks and contacts, and, only if you allow it, send mail.

ChatGPT: add the mello mail app, then sign in on mello’s page when ChatGPT asks.
Claude: in Settings → Connectors, add a custom connector with the URL https://mcp.mello.mx/mcp.

On mello’s page you choose whether the assistant may also send mail; it asks you to confirm each message before sending it. To change that choice, remove the app in the assistant’s settings and connect it again.
