Before you pay.
Is Free really free?
Yes, for good, with no card on file. It has everything one person needs for mail, calendar and contacts; Pro is there when you want more.
How do I cancel?
In Settings → Subscription → Manage billing, in a few clicks. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for, then you’re on Free.
What happens to my mail if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. The assistant and Claude or ChatGPT stop, and you keep Pro’s storage for a while to make room. Above Free’s storage after that, new mail waits until there’s room again.
Do you keep my card?
No. Payments go through Stripe, and your card number never reaches mello.
Is tax included?
Where tax applies, Stripe works it out from your address and shows it before you pay. The invoice says it too.
How does Teams billing work?
One subscription for the organization, a seat for each account on its domains. Add or remove someone and the bill follows, prorated to the day.
